Terms & Conditions

The Client acknowledges receiving the vehicle mentioned above in good condition at the time of rental.

The Client agrees that the vehicle will not be used for any illegal purposes. The Client understands that any misuse, including activities that may lead to the vehicle being confiscated or otherwise compromised, will be their responsibility.

The Client is liable for any traffic fines, offences, or summons incurred during the rental period while the vehicle is in their possession.

The Client agrees to assume full responsibility for the vehicle until it is returned to the owner.

The Client understands that the vehicle’s insurance coverage is subject to an excess as follows:

•RM5,000 for MPVs/Vans

•RM3,000 for Cars

Rental rates are based on a minimum of 24 hours. Additional hours will be calculated at one-fifth of the daily rental rate.

Late return fees are as follows:

•RM20.00 per hour for MPVs/Van

•RM10.00 per hour for Cars

All rates are in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to change without prior notice.

The Client will be held liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by accidents or negligence during the rental period.

The Renter and any additional drivers must meet the following requirements:

•Normal Car Category: Drivers must be between 20 to 65 years old.

•Luxury Car Category: Drivers must be between 22 to 65 years old.

•Drivers must possess a full and valid national or International Driving Licence.

•Foreign nationals with a valid English driving licence may drive in Malaysia for up to 3 months (subject to specific country regulations).

•Probationary licence holders are not permitted.

Terms of Payment

•Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the rental start date.

•Bookings canceled more than 48 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.
